I've been in for 2 years. The business plan is enticing, and they have basically stuck to it. I've seen too many managements (of other companies) come in, declare a plan, find it too difficult, change, find it too difficult, declare that they are going to be gold miners instead of pharmaceutical developers, find it too difficult, declare they are going to recycle car tires, find it too difficult, etc.

Chris is sticking to the plan.
