THE THRILL IS GONE There is no target for anything positive right now. The only thing that people can set their sights on is the second quarter 10Q filing. Best case scenario for that would be that all this selling was to pay down debt but the outstanding share count would be awful against a company that has no source of income with debt still accumulating at least from interest on loans. Maybe all this selling was required due to someone finally cashing in their notes? The 10Q if it ever gets filed could be the biggest bomb since the 5 BILLION shares was announced.
But who knows? Maybe the magic merger just pops up out of thin air. The LOI expiration doesn't kill it. People can only hope it wasn't BS from day one. I doubt we will ever know even if it was.
