Problem is with OTC companies that may be going thru some kind of change or transition, the original site may no longer be valid so they pull it. The company files and stops reporting until they are ready to come out of the dark again. Hopefully, with all their ducks in a row but many times OTC stocks don't. But again, for the Chairman to be opening up lines of communication and talking about a new site for communication these past few days, I'd speculate to say he must have something on the burner to talk about.
