Im saying in the next few trading days the stock will begin to move higher. IMO

Allan's reversal to SHORT, last I looked a few days ago (and it changes), was $4.09 for the daily trend model on CIGX. When it reverses, and this doesn't just mean that it drops for a short time below $4.09, it means that his trend model suggests further downward price movement. Allan has not sent his regular email this morning, which is unusual for him.
