LOL, no Im not reading the codes wrong and my Sister certainly isnt, and there are no addendums or "citations" in Federal law which provide exceptions for Marijuana Paraphernalia, medical or otherwise, to be imported, distributed, and/or exported in the US, as for RFMKs legal team, by only allowing sales in medical marijuana states, they are testing a theory and trying to set up a defense, but at the same time they are acknowledging that marijuana is its intended use, always keep 1 fact in mide when talking about lawyers, 50% of the lawyers who take a case to trial lose their argument, and on that same note, the US Attorneys success record in court is over 90%.
