sunspotter - Over the last 3 years I believe it has become much more difficult to manipulate penny stocks. I also believe that MM's are sharks and will take advantage of every situation they can. It's all about buy low/sell high. So if they can take advantage of someone I am certain they will. Yesterday's 70K transaction at a penny while there were higher bids is a good case in point.
