Come on 2012! anyone heard about e-mail, texting, phone calls.
IMO, the LOI is dragging.
At the time of the signature of the LOI, quite of few details should have been clarified already.
No matter what, after 3 months, IMO, an update is due, IMO again, just to respect the shareholders that are supporting the company.

It was a very good follow up response.

The company has also stayed true to their intentions not to sell shares through all this. The float size continues to remain an asset here.
