i'm surprised he did not slam the bod cause that is worse than the atm. will mgmt fix the bod?

also

"Peregrine executives are sneaky and two faced."

as much as i can't stand AF, he does have a point. i would have worded it differently such as mgmt interests have not been aligned with shareholder interests.

What they are saying in this article is that the so called great Bavi data and management's publicy stated optimism do not jive with the large amounts of ATM shares sold at very low prices that have largely diluted shareholders (Fuerstien is basically calling management two faced deceivers if not liars). I think it all comes down to timing as the bulk of the ATM selling occured prior to the unblinding of the Bavi 2nd line NSCLC trial. Before these results there were some serious questions as to Bavi's ultimate effectiveness especially after the 1st line trial results where the control group numbers were on par with the Bavi group. The excuberant optimism started with the unblinding of the 2nd line trial and continues to grow as the MOS appears to be getting better and better with each passing day.

IMO Adam F is correct in what he said, however, it is old news and he didn't answer the question. I wanted to comment with the following, however, did not want to register to do so. If anyone who uses FB, Yahoo, etc wants to send it to him feel free.

"Adam, I agree with you if you had written the article last week. However, the questioner asked if you listened to the PPHM CC. On the call the CFO discussed the plan to move away from the ATM toward a debt vehicle (in process) while they wait for a partnership based on their ph II lung trial results which Dr. Rob Garnick labeled as the most compelling data he has ever seen. Dr. Garnick has seen a lot of trial data since he has brought 17 drugs thru FDA approval including Avastin. Did you listen to the CC?"
