#56884 RE: sirhaggus #56883

I would guess this case is just one of the many things the receiver is handling. I doubt we get any information from him that we can't get from court recods. Does anyone know if the receiver has ever filed a quarterly report? From what I can tell from the Tmob case, Calypso is still involved in fed court. As long as that happens, we as shareholders are in a good spot. There really is nothing else that will be of substantial value until the Markman decision is known and as long as it looks like we're headed that way things are fine. I am hoping there is no movement from the listed docket dates. If the Markman goes off as scheduled, it is then a matter of weeks or a few months until the judge issues his decision. There is nothing the receiver can provide that will alter that chain of events and we will know the results about as soon as he does. He is working for the Delaware courts and does not have inside information into the fed court anyay. He is in effect a plaintiff representative and not privy to anything Tmob or the daic parties aren't privy to. Maybe we should be asking the Daic parties what's going on? They have more to lose or gain than we do. Since the stock is not trading, maybe the secrecy vail can be lifted, there is no inside information from an SEC standpoint is there?
