I haven't yet seen any sec filings that show he sold all of his shares. Keep in mind Teresa owns double or triple what Stan owns... She's also the one connected to GYST via Avenill. She's also the one involved with GIHI too. It is VERY conceivable they could all do something together... AERN is not dead yet. JMHO
