pps is depressed by mm accumulation/ manipulation...14.91% shorted today 2,026,793 out of 13,594,736, mm pushing the pps down hitting stoplosses to free up shares so they can buy and accumulate shares at lower levels...HELLO, thats why u dont use a stop loss in otc... vert was pushing the bid up to arca's ask and shortening the spread... when the spread widens the algos scan the market for stoplosses and incoming bids.... people if you didnt know this you shouldnt put your money in the market... stocks 101
