With 135 million restricted though, how does that affect what we have to be concerned with at this level?

CAGR is junk and has about 2,500,000,000, 2 and half billion. Even the total of ICPA 795 million with restricted, isn't much in comparison.

Ironically, I swiped my last post because my comparison numbers were off. Then I felt like a d bag. Lol.
