As always Duke, the devil is in the details and the only released details are already pretty bad.
Still trying to figure out how it went from no ownership until all $180 million had been paid and a major public mining company, to a private, small, new company that is paying 1/3 of the money in some sort of privately valued "to be created" venture and spreading the cash payments over 7 years while talking like it already owns 85% of the claims.
Meanwhile, the company's market cap is something around $125 million and they'll be (maybe) getting $63 million in cash over 7 years, plus stock that they're told is worth $27 million.
But hey, I flipped some more today, so who am I to complain?
