I can only agree with where you are coming from but think you and all investors should realize this: those involved with penny stock companies in this terrible market which is now filled with greater regulation and DTCC problems have their hands seriously tied. I doubt we'll even see a penny stock in 3 years. MMG have little choice but to roll with the punches and aim to do their best which I am sure they will. I have no doubt they will complete this deal some time this year.
