Blairman, I remember reading countless of positive posts here, that turned out to be nothing but smoke.

The only one who can have a positive or negative effect on AMY is management.

Tell us, how have they delivered on promises so far?

If you can answer that honestly, then you will realize why AMY is trading where it is today. JMO

No skin in the game Blairman. I lost some money but not much. My portfolio is razor thin with only 3 stocks. CEN MMT and POE. But not complaining. I read this board for kicks now.

Mostly fair enough Blairman, except how do you determine that honest criticism, when let unanswered, and so revisited, is something other than honest criticism because it is a real concern. A long you must realize is often reassessing whether the capital might be better deployed otherwise, reassessing what the risks are, etc.. Discussing the undisclosed and the uncertain is part of that process.
People also may be putting too much believe in the influence of these boards.

So, from where did this comment arise?

LR has got us to the point of a VERY real Significant JV Partnership

I have not seen the excessive, repeated negativity about which you protest.
I have seen overstate items that would be major positives.
To me attempting to influence the market for the company using things having no real basis, whether attempting to move the shares up or down are equally inappropriate and equally open to criticism.
