I am not sure about the answer to your question, but I have another one.

Has anyone tried to email Ben Hansel lately? I have been trying to send him an email for five days now, and it keeps coming back to me as undeliverable.

I called the company phone number and got Kim's answering machine. I mentioned to him that I was unable to email Ben.

Perhaps the transition to a new PR person has begun?? Any thoughts??
