the odds are WB starting a real share buy back program in the next year is the same as Nixon getting reelected as president

what will happen in the next year is

the company will find qualified, friendly financing to fund operations

or

the company will increase the A/S

or

the company will file for R/S

the longer this goes on the way it is today, the odds greatly increase toward

raising the A/S and R/S the stock after the A/S increase
