Daily volume is lower than before this dying shell hit no-bid.

And, without giving a canned pep talk about "most OTC stocks are nothing," give one fundamental reason to invest in SUGO right now. The company has no assets and a pile of debt, which is being converted into shares to dilute this thing further.
