FYI ...

Amendments 13, 14, and 15 are called "The Civil War Amendments" or "The Re-Construction Amendments" because they were added to the US Constitution in the years immediately following the US Civil War (from 1865 thru 1870).

It is VERY CRITICAL to realize that all 3 of these Amendments were ratified while the 11 Confederate States were under MARTIAL LAW and NOT permitted to FREELY elect their political representatives.

Moreover, note that the US Constitution clearly states that AT LEAST 75% of the States of the UNION must ratify a proposed Amendment before it can become an official part of the US Constitution. From 1865 thru 1870, the 11 Confederate States represented approximately 30% of the States of the Union. Therefore, the ratification of Amendments 13, 14, and 15 required the "COERCED VOTES" of at least 3 of the 11 Confederate States.

BOTTOM-LINE: Amendments 13, 14, and 15 were NOT properly ratified by the States of the Union and are ... "UN-Constitutional Amendments."

UN-INTENDED CONSEQUENCES: Amendments 13 and 15 are short and NOT controversial. However, Section 1 of Amendment 14 has had many UN-INTENDED CONSEQUENCES; for instance, it has been used by Federal Courts (1) to gradually turn each State into nothing more than an administrative district of the Federal Government and (2) to automatically grant BIRTH-RIGHT CITIZENSHIP to any child born in the United States, even if that child is born to a tourist or to a legal/illegal alien.
