Your are mixing in a quote from JWBLUE. On several occasions I have contended the bonus program which gave the 2011 bonuses had not end on December 31 2011 but had extended thru Q1 of 2012. JWBLUE said that not only was I wrong but that I had a hidden agenda to bash MSLP. With the mention of the give back of 2012 accrued bonus shares and cash this proved my point that the 2011 bonus program was still in effect for part of 2012. The voluntary give back was based on the restatement and adjusted the bonuses for revenue changes. I believe with use of the word relinquish they are eliminating any bonus payment based on the 2011 plan for fiscal 2012. I now too believe the greedy pig undeserving bonus plan of 2011 is GONE.
