I totally agree about him giving shares away. I just hope that the person/company he gave them to will take Atwec where it needs to go this time.

Yes he did. What If you have a PO in hand, with a deadline to meet, but not the money to buy the parts needed to fill the PO?

A CEO Must make business decisions on the long term value to the shareholders and understand that by not filling the PO will have greater long term affect on the company rather than the short term this Qtr.
