LC this is actually a puzzle meant to be confusing, I believe these shares were never given to them. So the question is were they allocated as "Restricted shares" and placed in the O/S? I'm not sure on how that works.

The Company said that senior executives Brad Pyatt, Cory Gregory, and Jeremy Deluca have agreed to release their current compensation agreements, which were entered into last year, and execute new agreements effective May 1, 2012 for the current year.

To me, this means that the new (income based rather than revenue based) bonuses took effect May 1st. So they will receive revenue based bonuses from Jan-May, the question is how much?

The recent 8K/PR discusses the miscalculation of revenue due to accounting policies. In Q1, we know they thought revenue was 19M but it was closer to 17M. (2M in revenue difference)

In the end, the bonuses based on the extra 2M in revenue will be "returned." Again, I use this term loosely since I don't think they were ever handed over to them, but they may have been placed as restricted stock, which is part of the O/S, so the O/S could be further reduced.

Hold on chief... what was the formula for the share bonus last year? Do the numbers add up to what was dispersed as shares? How many did they give back?

There is some math in here I don't have the time to calcumulate tonight that I THINK can tell us if they ALREADY returned more than 2011.

A. We don't know what the 2012 deal is... if it is based on revenues, profits or number of Jag bombs the Jer-miester can slam in an hour

B. For all we know, it could be verbiage to make themselves look good and talking about shares and money that were being accrued, but not dispensed.

C. I think there could be some information in here that reveals something, but it is a little early(and unlikely)... imo... to make a reach as far as you just did. It would be nice, but I don't believe it and I don't believe the back tracking numbers will bring us there.
