I ran that by one of my legal buddies on I-HUB and will run it past a couple more. So far it appears that Chaffee appears to have raided assets but I am told the shareholders could sue him. But Chaffee owns lots of claims and maybe he did one of those famous swaps that these companies are so famous for.
