TDA sent me emails with a link that took me to a proxy voting page. The link had the control number embedded in it.

The proxy voting page came up with the JBII proxy ready to vote.

I got a separate email and link for each account.

The process was as easy as it could be.

I hadn't received my control number either... but I called JBI today, spoke with Chris and he was back to me in less than an hour with my control number. Just finished voting.
