Not trying to sound negative but what is the impact of a stock swap, would it not drive the mpix share price down already further than it is?
Positive would be we would be out of a grey sheet and some investor confidence restoration?
Wouldn't EMAX have to be current anyway for the SEC to approve the swap as they weren't to happy about the dividend from MPIX and that had to be rescinded?(it wouldn't just be our shares getting swapped out)
