Thanks. That makes me feel somewhat better. I wonder if, according to sec regulations, they have to give any advance notice? I would think that they would have to give at least the date when trading will halt in CRGC, but I don't know that.

There is a time lag between trade and cleared. Of course, maybe they could just halt trading suddenly one day, wait a few days for it all to clear and get registered, then make the distribution--without ever giving any notification.

I just don't know.
