Yes one installation = one room. I made my visit this past saturday. Visited the hotel at about 10:30am. Walked to the front desk of the hotel and explained how I was an investor in tivus and if possible would like a demonstration of how it worked.

I was directed to go to the employee entrance where an engineer would meet me. The engineer came and thought i was the tivus technician, and i just explained that i was a random investor hoping to get some information on tivus. He took me to the tech room and explained the 12-15 installations not working and how customers continue to stay in these rooms without any entertainment system causing marriot to compensate them. (according to the engineer over $70000 in compensation has been given out by marriot due to lack of entertainment system).

All the info i have given in my previous post and this one is all the information i have. Like most of you i was pretty disappointed with what I heard. I have not talked to anyone from tivus. Just an engineer from marriot who works the tivus system.

I am really not trying to start any problems or anything. Just stating what i found out. Honestly more than for your knowledge, Im hoping Shiva can see this and just explain whats going on (considering there are only two hotels we have installed in) So this is a big deal. The only information we get from shiva at the moment are his twitter tweets and they tend be a lot more positive than what I'm hearing from marriot.
