Dean signed the 8-k regarding the board resignation. Maybe he refused to sign this because he was not around for the disaster that was released. Can't blame him, why would he want that n his hands. Kelly should of signed both for consistency. It makes it seem like once Dean got a hold of the books, he got became reluctant. Now there is uncertainty. Is Dean still in the picture, can anyone verify it
