Ivy - I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt here... in hopes you aren't addressing me.

Beyond that, I will simply address your post as "simple". How much money have you made on penny/or any other stocks? Do you realize that the market has never placed a value on "speculation"? Do you know that stocks have historically had no inherent value? Way back when, the only value that a stock had was based on the dividend that a company could afford to pay. Bigger divedends resulted in higher pps. Speculation has, IMO, ruined the market. Mostly you had IT plays in the late 80's and early 90's that lead to a larger speculative market, however misguided. Then, when some money was being made, things got tied with finance/hedges, then finally REI's and then derivatives impacted the entire game globally.

I still play in the market, for one reason. Maybe. Unfortunately, most of the time, you're swimming against the rushing river.
