I would be surprised if Mark ever did anything. Unfortunately, we never gave him any meaningful assistance back in 2009, so why would he expect any different now. However, if a number of people contacted him, best by e-mail, and just told him who they are and what they are willing to do in a few short words, maybe he would keep a list and get back to everyone.

As, Albacora says, who is there to be sued? According to the last financials released. There is no money only debt, and we know that MG did nothing. I sometimes feel sorry for the man. He was deeper in it than his talents and abilities.
