Morning, pilgrim! I've kept your post in my archives, so that I can refer to it whenever. I have read it twice already trying to understand clearly the kindly financial admonitions contained in it. How's the garden & country music comin' along? You never did answer about small Tennesee towns & cities & acreage prices, for the which Susy & I would be appreciative, as we already know that Tennesee is a beautiful area.
