You are right, they didn't give a definitive date for when it would be released, but in the K released on Monday 2 July they gave a time frame of a few weeks. If a few = 3-4 then the soonest we would expect to see the Q would be Monday 23 July.
Granted that is going on the assumption that they have figured out how to get their paperwork filed on time without further delays. If history is repeated then we probably wont see it until early August.
