No, I haven't visited...
but, I was told by Michael himself during at least three different calls over the years that I should just lest them know when I wanted to stop by and they would arrange it. I tried once, ended up getting referred to Mr. Paul Doucette who said he'd check the calendar and get back to me with some dates. I never heard back from him.
Since then I've been pretty busy during my M-F so I never tried again. However, I will say I think they're less open to the idea nowadays with the stakes getting higher.
