#30412 RE: Joe R #30406

IMO, the bottom line with this company is that they have a poor track record. However, anyone invested here should have discovered that during their research of the company prior to investing. If you didn’t, don’t blame management for your poor DD. If you have been here a long time, then you have seen the track record evolve. If you decided to stay despite the performance of management, again, you have no one to blame but yourself. Nobody has ever been given a guarantee that a stock will appreciate in value. PLEASE do not prate on and on about what has been promised you. Invest at your own risk and research the company BEFORE putting your money on the table. Management can not hide their questionable past. The stock has run a few times in the past years and there have been many opportunities presented to sell, or simply take the loss, learn a lesson and move on.

Or…

Do your DD and understand that the company’s management does not have a great record. Put this piece of information into your decision making process and buy or don’t based on the entire picture (technology, development, management…). Despite the past, I think the future looks good and so I own some of the company.

Now is the time for management to decide how they want to be perceived. Joe R is dead on. Meet some deadlines, complete the merger and move on.
