Must be a slow law day--- just got a faster response than during finals week lol.

He just called me back and said that it is called a summary judgement. It basically means that there is simply a fact dispute and that they hire a professional in the necessary field (didn't tell me who pays for that) to figure out which side is correct about that fact. In this case they would likely hire a professional accountant. However, MP would never see the books and the professional would not be allowed to discuss it other than to give his final conclusion and give a report to the judge in which the judge would then make a ruling. He was pretty long winded about the whole thing but this is pretty much the just of it.
