I'm sure you will get to the bottom of it soon..even if it has no legs or bottom! Go for it and we await with baited breath! What is interesting is that it was registered as a "foreign entity" with Colorado addresses! That seems to make about as much sense as the entire statement does! If it is a foreign entity how did the clerk allow the signature of a foreign entity line with a concerning address residence to Colorado? Maybe a smoke screen on someone's part..I'm betting the State of Colorado is in on it! LOL....Maybe the clerk has shares of PAPA's! LOL
I find this very interesting indeed..so much so that I am going to send this copy from the board to her at the address you provided..certainly shouldn't take long to get an answer! Now what answer am I expecting to get?
