Will there be a regulatory investigation?

Or will this just die off like the bad smell that it was .

I have spoken to a few shareholders and some believe he is broke and there is no way to re coup the loss through civil action . However many think he is hiding it somewhere . ? ???

As usual we are left to ponder the truth. Just the way he likes it . I did hear some very interesting info that i have been unable to verify at this point.
