This may be the golden egg here!
The VRNG deal, that is. I've been watching COIN for awhile, couldn't miss it, the reoccurring RED on the Buzz Cloud for some time now. I look at the iBox and see a really great job has been done in putting it together and maintaining it, though the SS didn't exactly jump out at me. But I'll find it.

What I'm not quite clear on yet is how they have their fingers in so many variations of the business with their current financial status. Obviously I have more reading to do. From a charting perspective and given what it will take to curb the debt impact, just off the cuff it looks like we could see more of those 0.003s coming up in the not too distant future. I don't see any real technical support and sentiments are waning possibly to the point of dropping below the 52wk low of 0.0038 on May 23rd.

It's going to take some really good financial news to curb this decent, avert additional dilution and the need for yet another RS. I agree with another poster that it does appear that another RS will happen before any deal is reached in regards to VRNG. This will be an interesting watch, wait, see and possibly getting into over this next winter.

Nevertheless I am fascinated by the business model and will be watching to see where I might possibly find a comfort zone for investing, starting to accumulate without going RED from the gate.

If VRNG wins lawsuit, dilution could stop, assuming the VRNG shareholders approve the merger with Innovate/Protect, then COIN will have shares worth a fair number of millions. Selling those shares, or transferring some of them to Iroquois Capital would pay off the current debt held by Iroquois, which would mean that the threat of dilution of the current outstanding notes would be removed.

COIN conceivably could make enough cash from the VRNG shares that they could operate from cash on hand for long enough to enable them to develop their other businesses.

VRNG will not win LAWSUIT! They will be Purchased very soon! Checkout Yahoo 9/3/1997 its very clear they Own the Patent that Yahoo,Google,AOL and more used and even with all their Money its either Fish or Make Bait. They will Buy VRNG and That little COIN! JMO JUST Call us SPIDERMAM LOL
