Cgfia is actually a off topic subject as there doesn't seem to be a shred of acknowledgment or information on any sierra corp PR's or document pertaining to Cgi.

If there is a rumor, nothing will be gained except some ceo will redo his stock compensation packages. One no product-no income corp absorbing another no product-no income makes only a new no product-no income corp to sell shares to the sheeple.

Sierra merging with anyone is a no gainer for shareholders except the officers of the company dumping to the shareholders.

What value are you implying? sierra has no value. sierra has nothing, no income, no real property of it's own. It's a phony leased mail order drop pink shell corp. Totally created out of thin air using the internet as it's venue and a failed online music reseller. Ukrainian? How stupid is that? Sierra R/S'd to rid themselves of legacy shareholders so they can start all over again. Every day on the pinks with these scam shell corps. Where is the merge information from sierra? It's non existent and talking about cgfia is like a pump and off topic technically. But to address your question: At least Cgi has a real mill to use as bait and switch for the sheeple. Who cares if it never runs, as long as it's physically there for people to see. It's a great story to sell shares forever. The sierra deal is a backup plan for guyer and rice and fearn when the pow goes sour. I'm sure guyer can suck in people well into next year with a am-04 attempt. Why not? It's worked great am-02 and up.
