Twin Air Calypso Limited, Inc. (TACL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of AvStar Aviation Group, Inc. (AvStar) and has been since August 2010. TACL has not been sold and is not up for sale. It is my understanding that the link you referenced was a 2007 proposal from American Aviation to what was then Twin Air. AvStar and TACL did not approve the 2012 filing with the DOT that you referenced in your email.
