I am not avoiding your question. The company is working diligently on finalizing one of their agreements. Once it is completed, they will be more than happy to put out a release. Until then, there is quite simply no news to be released at this time. As for any dilution, I think it is quite obvious that there has been a significant amount of dilution with the shares in the company. I as a shareholder, am not pleased with the dilution or what is has done to the price of the stock. However, there is nothing I can do about it. Hopefully, the company will be successful with the transactions they are working on and eventually the stock will rebound.
