The chart put forth, to try and refute the fact that some could have easily hopped on under .03 and off again above .2. The second day is re: a press conference on 8/24. While news circulated one had until 9/7 to buy under .03. then one had from 9/24 until 9/29 to sell above .2, to assume no one could have done that is preposterous

Certainly someone could have "easily hopped on under .03 and off again above .2" but to do that they would have had to buy before the first announcement of transgenic success and hold until after the 9/24 announcement.
They could not have waited on the sidelines until success was announced and then bought in under .03.

The "second day" that you have now clarified was the second day after a PR that had nothing to do with any announcement of success!

The first mention of a transgenic success came in the PR of 9/7/2010, Two Weeks After your proposed buy in point!
At that time the PPS was .035, and at the time of the clarification PR the PPS was .08 and rising rapidly.

So there was Not any point in 2010 after the announcement of success when "some could have easily hopped on under .03 and off again above .2".
To achieve those numbers one would have needed to be holding KBLB long for weeks before the announcement!

So what we see is a relatively moderate increase in PPS from .017 aug 24th, to .033 on sept 7th.
At the bottom, I catalogued stock promotions from only ONE source, this source literally stores the promotion and catalogues them by date/promoter/promoted company. Relatively little pump action.
