If a stock is not going to be approved there is no reason for a bear raid. WHY ? because shorts would not HAVE to cover because when the rejection comes the stock goes down and shorts make a lot of money period.
If a stock is going to be approved then the shorts NEED to cover there for, a short covering is necessary, so a bear raid is in order so they can cover before the price fluctuation.
SO, my comment is:
NO bear raid, not going to be approved
YES bear raid, approval coming.
