I will Vote to approve but still hope judge will get is a little better percentage but then again that may hurt class 3 people and lead them to vote NO - aaaaaa

Anyway think we will see a bit of a run starting tomorrow as well all know buy on rumor and speculation and thats what we are going back into but well see I guess.

I must agree with RS and ask that we all vote yes to the plan presented to us but in my opinion this is far from over. There has been an FBI complaint and SEC complaint filed against Atrinsic's BOD so in my opinion this is far from over. There will also be more documents sent to the Judge and Trustee which supports questionable activity that is directly related to Atrinsic's BOD. I hope that we can persuade the Judge to give us a bigger slice of the pie. In my gut I feel like this will be more than a shell coming out of BK. I could be wrong but I think we are left in the dark for a reason. The bottom line is that we must vote yes because if we do not we may not get anything. They will be investigated and if they are found guilty of any crime then we can still receive restitution. Please send your letters to the Judge asking for a Shareholder Equity Committee. If you are unwilling to put pen to paper and buy a stamp then shame on you. There are people here sticking there necks out to make sure we get a fair shake. Please do your part to help us all prevail.
