The problem with that chart is that when you click on
"view PCXCQ Ownership" and open up the block, you
will see that all of the figures are for 3/31/12. That is a
life time ago considering the trades in the billions since
that date. It is possible that none of the institutions are
holding any at all. Or am I wrong here and can't see it?
