DILUTION IS THE BEST ANSWER! :-D
PIPE transactions require shares too. Too many have been sold. ASYI must access more shares than are available. Look for either an increase to the A/S or a Reverse Split.

After THAT, we can talk about whether or not there will be a Reverse Merger.
