I'm not sure what stock charts you have been following, but there was a long time when this was not a penny stock. When I first heard of it and bought I think it was $1.50 or so.

And if you really believed it was and always had been a penny stock didn't you feel an obligation to share that information with shareholders when FF and RP issued their PR that they believed they met all Nasdaq requirements and were filing for listing?
