I think, for the most part, the contributors to this board agree that posting information directly from patient blogs isn't acceptable. Having said that, some newer members may not have been aware of this policy, so now we should put this incident behind as the post was deleted and hopefully this will be the last occurrence. My understanding, and someone correct me if I'm wrong, is that indirect references to information gleaned from patient blog sites is permitted providing the material isn't copied and provides a summary of the relevant points in the most general language. Please note, that is my personal understanding of what is acceptable and I think that reflects the consensus of the majority of the posters on this board. Again, I defer to those who have been here longer to confirm (or correct) the above statements.
