This is your argument against those of us who have had personal experience with Anatabloc.
Consider this: What if you are wrong? What if people who attest to Anatabloc's efficacy are telling the truth? In your world do such things happen?
It is dangerous to allow abstract theory to override what is directly observable.
Pay attention and understand the risk of being short. It turned out that heavier than air flight is possible. In the case of Anatabloc, the mistake of not taking the claims seriously would not be small.
I guess I dont know the whole discussion here but this companys product is amazing. I do not see how anything you are talking about matters in the PPS of this stock. I guarantee this stock will go through the roof and is not a scam. Pick up some anatabloc today and take it for a month and see what happens.

"Fundamentals always win out on Technicals". Yes I agree, technical moves are generally short term in nature. However, the technicals on Star go beyond a 5 min chart, or even a daily or weekly chart. Check out the monthly chart. CIGX is testing a 12 year trendline. If it breaks here much above $5 it could really initiate a short squeeze. This to me shows a major breakout if again, it can breach $5. This also lends to my point that often technical breakouts occur right when fundementals change in a radical way. With all the news items up for Star, it becomes more likely that the market is expecting this.
Stars income statement is nothing to be desired - yet. But with any form of settlement, that could change literally overnight. In addition, I do believe Anatabloc is the real deal. I have researched nfkb and how it affects the body. I have tried it and yes it was profound what it did for my back pain. I had lower and upper back pain. My lower has always been there, my upper was new and was due to flexibility issues and shoulder not working properly. Anatabloc did little for my lower back - more structural. My upper was basically cured in 3 days. I still go to PT to correct the flexibility problems which caused my pain, but now I dont have to suffer while waiting. (I did PT before antabloc - it did little to help my upper back after 2 months - perhaps 10% better).
As far as the settlement yes its not a slam dunk. If it does not get done, the stock will drop a buck or two for sure. But again, Im not here for that, Im hear for Anatabloc. That aside with the case, when you read between the lines, it is much more promising than one may think. Again if RJR chose to risk Star 2, they could lose big with all the new evidence. In addition the industry as a whole is going safer with all the new FDA labeling regulations. Lets not forget how Star recently hired the patent attorneys from K&LGates. Founded by Bill Gates father they are the real deal and are there to get the deal done IMHO. These guys dont sign up for cases that they think they can lose - hurts their reputation. With patents now valid, I believe they were able to bring in this bunch to show RJR what they can prove in a new trial and how they can lose. As far as you not posting anymore, well sorry to break it to you but Im fine with it. I know I know you are great and all, but I will live. Believe it or not I dont wish to volley back and forth either, unless its to discuss Twain or deMello.

Lets hope for a promising future with Star. After all, if Star succeeds with Anatabloc, that also means a lot of people are getting some symptom relief from terrible afflictions and living healthier lives.
