I hope you're right for all TLAGers sake. After this post, I'll try to lay low as I don't have anything to add. Just sayin it seems crystal clear to me the only thing costley has ever produced has been pump and dump schemes to fool investors into believing his stories. I don't know the extent of Sketchers involvement in this. I don't see a company like that knowingly getting involved with a con-artist like this ceo with knowledge of his actual record of delivering anything or nothing more truly.
I think they just had someone on their huge team who made a deal with him and they really didn't know him. I see JC as a mere criminal (you find criminals rampant here as CEOs in pinkyland-did you know how dangerous it is putting your money in any pinky stock?) who is not behind bars where he belongs. GLTA
